Frequently Asked Questions
How do I book an appointment?
To book an appointment or to discuss what therapy can offer you, call 0759 005 7807. Alternatively, you can complete the online form here.
How will I know if counselling is right for me?
If you are unsure if counselling would be of benefit to you, booking an initial assessment session will give you a better idea. This time will be used to gather information so that Nicola can understand what is going on for you, so that you can discuss ways in which she can assist you in moving forward.
How many session will I need?
Some people prefer to work for a short period in brief therapy, while others benefit from the ongoing support. We work together to establish how long is right for you, and we review your therapy on a regular basis.
What precautions are in place as a result of Coronavirus/COVID-19?
For face to face sessions there is a regular disinfection of the area and seats will be sanitised between sessions. Due to this process the number of face to face spaces are limited in availability. This will be constantly reviewed and subject to change following Government guidelines. Nicola is also able to provide online sessions via Zoom.
How often are the sessions??
Session are usually weekly and last for 50 minutes.
